Our Cellular Concrete Foam Generator units can be used for short-distance inline injection open pours, fast batching operations, and continuous production or user-input batch quantities. They fit on traditional drum and volumetric trucks and use the truck's existing air, water, and electrical supply.

Time tested, the CCFG Manually Operated Precision Foam Generator is designed and used to produce foam for cellular concrete with densities ranging from 20 pcf up to 115 pcf.

Water (Max 200 psi) | Approved Concentrate  |  Air (Max 150 psi)

One Machine, Many Jobs:

All primary functions of the machines are controlled via precision-adjusted valves to help you dial in the perfect material. The CCFG has a maximum production rate of 100 CY/Hr. of the finished product at a density of 30 pcf. The unit is mounted on a lightweight movable cart and can also be mounted on various trailer options to suit your needs.

Equipment Description

  • Uses a standard 115VAC/60Hz outlet.

  • 2 ½ Gallon solution tank. Easy to rinse out and drain.

  • Integrated air compressor is able to produce 1.2 cfm of air @ 0psi.

  • Solution flow is adjusted via gauge and dial on the front of the unit.

  • Compact design. 19"W x 15"D x 23"H and a dry weight of 50lbs.

  • Standard NPT outlet fitting to adapt to various hose styles.

The CCFG Lab Model's Manually Operated Precision Foam Generator is designed with a compact structure to produce foam for cellular concrete, with densities ranging from 1.2 cfm of air at 0 psi.
